At the February 24 meeting, planning consultant Abby Ruto (VHB) told the planning board that the FEIS includes coordination with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and confirmed there are regulated freshwater wetlands on Parcel D that will require an Article 24 freshwater wetlands permit.
