HRA/EDA accepts RFP from adjacent business to expand on 3rd Street

The Hubbard County HRA/EDA voted to accept an RFP from a neighboring business that seeks to expand onto the parcel on 3rd Street across from the Cornerstone property. Director (staff) told the board the respondent proposed the minimum price the board had suggested and plans immediate construction activity where weather allows. "We did receive an an RFP of an interested party who is proposing the minimum price that, you suggested," the Director said while outlining the proposal.
