The commission approved Resolution 959 to adopt the fiscal year 2026‑27 budget for SMRU as presented at the July meeting. Staff said operating revenue was conservatively budgeted with a 5.5% increase, operating expenses netted a small increase on personnel and a decrease on the operating side, and several capital projects were included as rollover and new items. "Resolution 959 is adoption of the fiscal year 26, 27 budget for SMRU," staff said.
