County outlines multi-year timeline for O'Connell, Mitchell and Harrison Park projects
County conservation staff said O'Connell Park foundation work was delayed by rain and outlined a schedule for multiple park projects: bidding this fall, bids returned in December, a Mitchell kickoff after July 4 next year, an interstate project completed by July 4, 2028, and Harrison Park beginning after Labor Day next year.
