Board readies RFQ evaluation, sets target timeline; CIP season reminder
The board confirmed an evaluation committee has been selected for upcoming bid openings and RFQs; staff said Denver guidance moved the RFQ decision window up to Oct. 31 and the board targeted the second council meeting in October for a decision. Members were also reminded it is CIP season.

Board members reviewed procurement schedule and committee roles ahead of Thursday's bid openings. A member (speaker S6) said the evaluation committee and proposals have been circulated and that Arthur would meet with the committee on the 17th to walk through procedures.
