During the Timnath Landing hearing, applicant representatives described outreach and mitigation for water impacts and utilities tied to the development. The applicant said they preemptively tested groundwater and identified eight wells eligible for replacement under the well-protection program; replacements are planned between the end of the current irrigation season and May 9 of the following year.
