The Selectmen reviewed a letter and photographs emailed by Annette Libby, Bartlett Athletic and Recreation Director, concerning a trash dumping incident at the Morrell Family Community Complex. Because Libby will attend the Sept. 23 meeting and the full board was not present, the board elected to table the discussion until that date so Libby can present details in person.
