The Tonkawa City Council considered and approved a resolution authorizing the restated and readopted Third Amendment to the trust indenture that created the Tonkawa Development Authority. Councilman Brandt Harris moved to approve the resolution; Councilman Charles Conaghan seconded the motion and the roll call recorded unanimous approval.
