The council approved an invoice from the Tonkawa Development Authority for $2,166.67 covering the economic development coordinator for September 2025; City Manager Nicholas Payne characterized the payment as the normal monthly disbursement. Councilman Charles Conaghan moved to approve the payment and Councilman Kenneth Smith seconded; the motion carried.
