County staff (Mr. Bryant) requested that council grant the council chair permission to sign two routine workforce-development documents: a document that sets the PD Workforce Development Board budget (signed annually by the chair) and an MOU acknowledging dual-service arrangements for staff providing services to the board. Bryant said the documents were routine but that when the chair signs on behalf of council, council should be made aware and consent; council moved and approved the request.
