The Clarinda City Council voted unanimously on Aug. 12 to approve Resolution #2176, the final plat for Rogers Subdivision. Manager McClarnon told the council that Planning & Zoning had reviewed and approved the final plat at its Aug. 4, 2026 meeting, and Councilor Adam Samuelson moved for approval with Kerry Clark seconding; the roll call recorded Aye votes from Samuelson, Clark and Jamie Shore.
