Staff reported that the Canal Corp. grant plan set is expected to be complete the first week in September and that coordination is ongoing with the New York Power Authority and Canal Corp. on whether to go out to bid and on change‑of‑use approvals. Staff also said a remaining title issue for a 0.4‑acre parcel is being worked on and that construction bidding is planned for the fall.
