The council reviewed proposals for new accounting and payroll software and voted to approve Resolution 2025-02, authorizing the mayor and city clerk to enter into a software agreement with Banyon Data. Councilmember Becky Neuhaus moved the resolution and Doug Votroubek seconded; the roll-call vote was 4–0 in favor.
