Board hears jail, rodeo arena and EOC updates; approves Change Order No. 3 for EOC work
Staff updated the Board on jail skylight framing, rodeo arena final backpunch and ribbon cutting, and EOC building erection; the Board approved Change Order No. 3 for the Search & Rescue/EOC to address conductor routing, driveway widening and tree clearing, motion carried 2‑0.

Cody Copp told the Board the framing project for the jail's skylights is ongoing and that doors are scheduled to be installed this week. He said the final backpunch for the rodeo arena is scheduled for Wednesday and that a ribbon‑cutting ceremony is taking place that evening. Cody also reported contractors are beginning to erect the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) building and that a generator is en route from Texas.
