The Land Use Review Commission approved the final plat and site development/urban renewal site plan for Palisade Park Filing No. 1 Replat G, Lot 1 (Chipotle Mexican Grill) at 16802 Galapago Place by a vote of 7 to 0 on July 27, 2026. Commissioner Kimberly Williford moved to approve the application with conditions; Commissioner Fred Weiss seconded and the motion passed.
