On Sept. 10 the Mount Laurel Planning Board approved Resolution R2026‑18, initiating a preliminary investigation for the Roadway Inn redevelopment study area at 1132 Route 73 (Block 1306.01, Lot 7.02). The chair stated the area is a "condemnation redevelopment study area." A motion to approve the preliminary investigation was made and seconded and the board recorded 'Aye' votes on roll call.
