Kittitas County commissioners voted to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Local 192CH (Courthouse) to recognize and classify an Elections Manager. Vice-Chair Laura Osiadacz moved to approve the MOU and Chairman Brett Wachsmith seconded; the minutes record the motion passed 2-0.
