The Selectboard granted a fee waiver to allow a resident (Allen Reynolds Jr.) to repeat a sketch-plan review that lapsed before the next DRB step; the board cited precedent for similar waivers and approved the waiver 4-0.

The Selectboard on Aug. 13 voted to waive the Development Review Board (DRB) sketch-plan fee for Allen Reynolds Jr., who must restart the DRB process after his prior sketch plan expired. Zoning Administrator Harmony Cism reported she had talked with the project's surveyor and that the applicant has steps laid out to proceed; previous similar waivers influenced the board's decision.
