Mayor proclaims Florida Redevelopment Week; commissioners cite Lockside as example

Mayor Michelle Myers read Proclamation No. 2026-04 at the Sept. 10 meeting, declaring Sept. 14'18, 2026, as Florida Redevelopment Week in Crescent City and urging residents and businesses to recognize local redevelopment efforts. "I, mayor Michelle Myers, in my official capacity as the mayor of Crescent City of Crescent City, do hereby proclaim the week of September 14th through 18th 20 26 as Florida redevelopment week," Myers said while reciting the proclamation's text that highlights CRA work to revitalize downtowns and expand housing opportunity.
