Colter DeVries, representing Ranch Investor and the Bledsoe Ranch, addressed the Land Board during general public input about a landlocked state-trust section in Bighorn County. "My name is Colter DeVries. I'm here on behalf of the Bledsoe Ranch regarding a landlocked state trust in Bighorn County," he said, and described a history of efforts to engage DNRC on land banking or an exchange.
