The board approved a temporary construction easement for the 15th Avenue Gateway project to allow right-of-way work and minor land acquisition (including a small postal-service parcel). Staff discussed project scope (mill and resurface, sidewalks, striping) and referenced a $49,800 payment for the easement; the board voted 4–0 to approve the easement.

The Board of Works approved a temporary construction easement (TCE) for the 15th Avenue Gateway project, which covers work between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and the I‑65 overcrossing and includes milling, resurfacing, new sidewalks and striping.
