Trustees unanimously approved the schematic design for the South Davis Elementary replacement project on Aug. 27, 2026. Beverly Fornof (Senior Project Manager/Associate Principal) and Morgan Howell (Senior Associate) from Corgan Architects presented the schematic design; the motion to approve was made by Trustee David Wilbanks and seconded by Vice President Leanne Haynes, passing 6–0.
