Board authorizes $200,000 advance for Ag Processing Inc. project to be reimbursed from TIF
The board approved a resolution allowing Woodbury County to advance $200,000 from the general basic fund for Ag Processing Inc.'s development and to reimburse that payment from future TIF collections; the March 2022 development agreement anticipated AGP investing more than $70 million and included annual county payments of $200,000 for a total of $1,000,000.
