Chase County commissioners voted to sign the First Concord HRA Plan Documents during the board's regular meeting on Aug. 25, 2026. Chairman Kurt Bernhardt moved to sign the documents; the motion was seconded and carried on a 3-0 vote by Commissioners Billie Muehlenkamp and Jacci Brown.
