The Freeborn County board set a CD 68 hearing for Monday, Oct. 19 at 4:00 p.m. in the board chambers to consider settlement of disputed claims and easement acquisition related to an impoundment structure in a ditch. Auditor-Treasurer staff told the board the hearing could be lengthy and recommended holding it outside a regular commissioners' meeting to allow time for testimony and deliberation.
