Township engineer Harry Fox provided a broad infrastructure update, telling the committee the developer at the Delanco crossings has completed concrete cores that showed multiple deficiencies and that the developer will replace all damaged sidewalks. Fox said the Delaware Avenue (2024 road program) project is complete; closeout documents will be submitted and a two-year maintenance bond will cover construction defects discovered after substantial completion.
