The Board reviewed staff work to satisfy LD 1323, which directs the Board to evaluate the impact of neonicotinoids on pollinators, humans and the environment. Director Alex Peacock told members the RFP has been published and proposals were expected by Dec. 29; staff plan to submit the required preliminary report to the Legislature's Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF) committee and deliver the final report by Jan. 15, 2026.
