Town staff presented a proposed timetable for a request for proposals to produce a comprehensive zoning plan and asked the board to authorize public notice. Staff said the office would advertise the RFP on Sept. 15, accept written questions through Sept. 30 with responses by Oct. 15, and set a submission deadline of noon on Friday, Oct. 30; interviews and award were penciled for Nov.–Dec.
