After approving the first annexation, the board considered Board Order 2026-042 to annex a 4.25-acre parcel (tax lot 39-0836-A-002800-00) to the Josephine County Library District. The Chair asked for a motion; a motion and second were recorded and the clerk conducted a roll call with each commissioner answering in the affirmative. The Chair then closed the hearing and announced the motion was carried. The clerk's readout and the commissioners' 'Yes' answers indicate a unanimous vote.
