Albany County adopts refunding bond resolution up to $5,000,850
By unanimous roll call the legislature adopted Resolution 334 authorizing the refunding of certain outstanding county bonds with an amount not to exceed $5,000,850.

The clerk read Resolution 334: "Refunding bond resolution of the county of Albany, New York adopted 09/14/2026, authorizing the refunding of certain outstanding bonds of said county appropriating an amount not to exceed $5,000,850." Legislators then proceeded to a long roll call; the clerk reported the vote as unanimous and the chair announced that the resolution passes. The action authorizes county officials to proceed with refunding up to the stated amount.
