The Exira City Council voted to adopt plans and authorize bidding for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Downtown Façade project, file number 25-DTR-001, by approving Resolution 26.10. The motion passed on a roll call with Council members Nathan Wahlert, Dory Schrader and John Sandbothe recorded as voting "aye." Mayor Mike Huegerich had opened and later closed the downtown revitalization public hearing; no written or oral comments were received during the hearing.
