Chair announced that application 26‑16 (Dominic Viteri) was withdrawn from the agenda; the board discussed counsel referral and voted to refund the applicant’s application fee contingent on counsel review. The motion to refund the fee carried on voice vote. The board also moved application 26‑20 (Kenneth Poll) to the Sept. 28 meeting and memorialized seven listed resolutions as a group earlier in the evening.
