The board granted application 26‑19, allowing lot coverage of 45% for the property at 1128 Monet Court, where the ordinance permits a maximum of 40%. Applicant Jeff Slonnick told the board the increased impervious area resulted from installation of an in‑ground pool and a basketball court, which he said was likely poured larger than intended by the contractor.
