The Planning Commission voted 5–0 to conditionally approve a Level 2 site plan for the Henry Shaw Hotel at 836 and 840 South Main Street. Staff told commissioners the project meets standards but requires a boundary-line adjustment, retaining-wall details and either construction of workforce housing units or payment of a workforce‑housing fee in lieu.
