The Planning Commission conditionally approved a Level 2 site plan for CHP Properties at 941 (and 1053) West 400 North, voting 5–0 to accept staff’s recommendation with the condition that outstanding comments be addressed and the sidewalk/curb/gutter fee in lieu be paid prior to building permit application.
