A high-school administrator told the board the school has a substantial group of seniors at risk of not meeting graduation attendance requirements. "Today, we have, 24 of our seniors, out of 73 or below that threshold," the administrator said, describing intervention efforts, one-on-one meetings with seniors and a hardship petition process that requires a handwritten page from the student explaining their circumstances.
