Senior planner Logan Woody told commissioners the PRO district amendments would make nine existing PRO parcels legal conforming, permit mixed‑use projects (residential 20%–80% of gross floor area), allow zero side/rear setbacks when abutting nonresidential uses and remove the 300‑foot depth restriction to encourage infill and connectivity.
