Mayor Rice and council approve revised June 11 agenda after motion
The Panorama Park City Council unanimously approved a revised meeting agenda after Mayor Rice removed a building-permit item and asked to add discussions on City Hall roof damage and Park Avenue repairs. The motion was moved by Councilmember S. Perry and seconded by Councilmember I. Foltz.

Mayor Rice called the Panorama Park City Council to order at 7:05 p.m. on June 11, 2026, and the council considered changes to the published agenda. Mayor Rice requested removal of the building permit item for 711 Park Avenue; Councilmember S. Rice asked that potential roof damage at City Hall and repairs to Park Avenue be added to the meeting agenda.
