Hernando–Citrus MPO adopts FDOT roll-forward amendment to 2027–2031 TIP
The MPO approved an annual FDOT-proposed roll-forward amendment to the FY2027–2031 Transportation Improvement Program, advancing project funding into FY2027 including $845,344 for a Crystal River bypass road and residual transit funds the staff said were being carried into year one.

Mary Elwin, the MPO presenter, described the annual roll-forward amendment: "So, it is recommended that the MPO board review, receive public input, and approve by a roll call vote, the annual roll forward amendment to the Transportation Improvement Program for fiscal years 'twenty 7 through fiscal year 'thirty 1, as presented and authorize the chair's signature upon the attached letter from the Florida Department of Transportation."
