During public comment Joseph Styczynski and Michael Carey pressed the board for details about alleged unauthorized spending related to a lakeside building and the status of Freedom of Information Law requests for certified payroll records. Town Clerk Janice Hannigan Kerwin stated that the FOIL responses were prepared by Town Attorney Nia Cholakis and that the town had completed its search and closed the request; Attorney Cholakis repeated that the FOIL request was closed.
