The Gregory City Council voted to accept a $25,000 bid from Shared Keys Investments for Lot R-1 (Parcel #6462). Two bids were opened at the Sept. 8 meeting: $5,000 from Rod Hoeft and $25,000 from Shared Keys Investments; Ashley Spinsby moved to accept the higher bid and Kristi Drey seconded. The minutes record: "All ayes. Motion carried."
