Mike Hollabaugh, director of the Department of Community Services, presented the department's 2027 operating budget request, saying, "The 2027, DOCS budget request is 3,460,000." The request is slightly higher than the 2026 figure of 3,441,000 and folds personnel, administration, technology and program budgets into the total.
