Staff reports CAPER spending and says timeliness test now met

Rebecca Royce presented the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2025 program year, explaining the CAPER shows spending during the program year and outcomes only for projects that completed during that period. She said CDBG spending was nearly $3,000,000 and that housing category spending was nearly $4,000,000, largely reflecting Weaver Creek costs and tenant‑based rental assistance outcomes.
