Request to put a Department of Corrections employee in a third-floor courthouse room was denied; commissioners suggested using a metal storage shed on the east side of the courthouse for extension storage and allowed the extension to retain hallway closets.

Sandra Wick, Shelly Garlow and Nora Rhoades asked the board whether a third-floor room could be used for a Department of Corrections employee and whether other courthouse rooms might be available for extension storage. The commissioners said third-floor space was not an option and were not in favor of using other courthouse rooms for extension storage. Instead they suggested the extension may use the metal storage shed on the east side of the courthouse and agreed the extension could keep hallway closets for storage.
