At the Dec. 9 meeting, Jeff Levin told the board he had begun an NRP project and asked whether the county would grant an exception to the program policy to allow him to continue. The commissioners voted unanimously to grant Levin the exception, with Commissioner Jim Gwennap moving and Commissioner Dale Pickel seconding the motion.
