McMahon highlights Micron construction as engine for regional growth

County Executive Ryan McMahon used the 2027 budget address to frame Onondaga County's economic outlook around the Central New York semiconductor cluster and Micron's project at White Pine Business Park. He said "the 1st phase of Micron's construction has begun" and described a construction footprint that will include thousands of workers and dozens of cranes as the project advances.
