The Bernards Township Planning Board on Sept. 8 approved an amended preliminary and final site plan for AMZAC Basking Ridge LLC, a previously authorized 2020 affordable housing project of 280 units (60 townhomes, 220 apartments). Chair opened the continued hearing and, following testimony and public comment, a motion to approve the application passed 5–1.
