Early in the meeting the board announced that three related South Findlay LLC applications (59, 87 and 93 South Findlay) would not be heard because the applicants notified their attorney that the scope of relief had changed. The attorney or board counsel explained the applications were initially noticed as appeals of the zoning officer’s decision but will be revised to ask for variance relief; because that is a different form of relief, the applicant must re-notice affected parties.
