Board grants one-year extension for Poctar barn and driveway project
The Zoning Board approved a one-year extension to commence construction for Paul Poctar’s previously approved variance, moving the commencement deadline to Sept. 3, 2027. The applicant cited medical recovery as the reason for the delay.

Paul Poctar told the Bernards Township Zoning Board on Sept. 9 that he needed more time to start work on an approved variance and formally requested a one-year extension to the original commencement date. "We're here to request an extension to our approved variance, for another 1 year extension," he said during the hearing.
