The Sutter County Board of Supervisors approved appointments to the Sutter Cemetery District Board of Trustees on June 9. Assistant Clerk Gina Graham said the county received five applications and that the Cemetery District Board recommended Jean Brown and Susan Eggleston for four‑year terms and Benjamin Moody for the short term ending Dec. 13, 2026. Supervisors nominated and seconded candidates and approved all three appointments by roll call.
